About Me
Hello! My name is Liz
and I am a stay at home
mom to four wonderful children. My kids keep me very busy here in Central Vermont.

have a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Messiah College and
a
birth doula certification from
Childbirth International.
I am also a doula volunteer with
Operation Special
Delivery. I thoroughly enjoy everything about labor and delivery and
am thinking about becoming a Labor and Delivery nurse and maybe even a midwife in the future.
I have attended several births as well as birthed 4 of my own children. I love supporting women and their partners
through pregnancy, childbirth and
postpartum. I would love to help you make
your birth special!
